Putting Everything Together!!
During this process, the form of technology I used was FlipaClip. It is a popular animation app that is used y most artists who enjoy to draw and animate. I used this source of technology because it was my next best option. I downloaded almost every animation app in the App Store until I came across this one. I checked out the reviews online, found tutorials on YouTube and tested it out for myself. Once I did all of that, I knew it was one the technologies that would be very useful for me.
While using FlipaClip I learned that nothing ever comes as easy as it may seem. When I first started out, I was doing great until I played it back. It was playing back and it went by in two seconds. After trying to figure where I went wrong I realized that it was based on the amount of flips per second (fps). It all started to make sense soon after and things started to get better for me.
I used so many YouTube tutorials I lost count. I can't even say they were a waste of time because they weren't. They were extremely beneficial to the overall contribution to the project and played a huge role in it. The tutorials took me step by step on how to complete whatever it is that I needed.
The typical conventions of titling in my genre is sort of a classic, old-timey theme. Meaning the basic conventions for my drama would be a white font which is not so huge but at the same time not small either. For the sake of this project I chose not to challenge them but to follow the traditional conventions. I have watched many openings to romantic dramas, which is my genre, they all sort of have the same pattern which make them easy to identify.
